One Weekend with the Heroes’ Families

It’s the second year in a row that Ukrainians are forced to celebrate family holidays in war. Unfortunately, a part of families will never be able to gather all together anymore.

To support the families of the deceased Heroes of the 130th battalion on Mother’s Day and Family’s Day, the ANTYTILA Charity Foundation have organized a holiday weekend for them.

We started Mother’s Day traditionally – the Heroes’ children greeted their mums with flowers, and then – excursions and various activities.

We’ve managed to organize visiting an exhibition in the Feldman family’s museum, feel the laws of nature tactilely in the Museum of Science of the Small Science Academy, feeding and patting the animals in the “Animal Park” zoo, touching live tropic butterflies at the exhibition-farm “Planet of Butterflies”, driving at sports radio-controlled models of cars and racing bugs.

During the day, the families with small kids could play at unique swings of various shapes and sizes.

We’ll never be able to replace their father to these kids, but we can always support them.
